Inclusive Education

At Pathways, we are proud to offer a thoughtfully designed Inclusive Education Program that supports a select number of students each year. We intentionally keep our program small to ensure every student receives the personalized attention and high level of support they deserve. Because our school community is intentionally shaped to honour individual strengths and needs, Pathways is naturally equipped to walk alongside families whose children learn differently.

If your child identifies with any of the following, we invite you to reach out to us. Together, we can explore how Pathways might support your child’s unique learning journey. Your child may benefit from our program if they:

• Struggle with specific academic concepts and would benefit from targeted support
• Learn in unique ways and need help identifying their most effective learning strategies
• Could thrive with personalized adaptations to make learning more accessible
• Prefer to have their learning needs supported within a tight-knit school community
• Seem to be putting in much more effort than peers to complete the same tasks
• Need help uncovering and addressing personal barriers to learning
• Would benefit from evaluations or insights from outside specialists
• Have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), or may need one developed
• Are eligible for or currently receive category-based funding
• Need guidance in understanding what supports are available, and which would be most effective
• Require services tailored to their individual needs
